What we collect

Contact form and email

When you send us a message via the form or email, we store: name, email, optionally company name, and the content of the message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Cal.com booking

When you book a call via our Cal.com integration, Cal.com (our data processor) stores your name, email and selected time. See Cal.com's privacy policy.

Site analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't set cookies or track you across sites. Aggregated data about page views, referral source and general geographic region is collected, but never anything personally identifying.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only a language-preference cookie. No third-party tracking, no marketing cookies.

Data processors we use

• Vercel — hosting (US / EU). Privacy.
• Cal.com — booking (US / EU). Privacy.
• Web3Forms — form backend. Privacy.
• Google Fonts — font delivery (we load from fonts.googleapis.com).

We have DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) with all data processors that require it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — know what we have stored about you
• Rectification — get incorrect information corrected
• Erasure — get everything deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Data portability — receive your data in readable form
• Complain — to the UK ICO or Norwegian Datatilsynet if you believe we've done something wrong

Email info@velanor.net and we'll respond within 30 days (usually within 1 business day).

Security

All data is transferred encrypted via HTTPS. We don't store card information (all payments go via Stripe or invoice). Form data isn't stored on our server — it's sent directly to email.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we update the date at the top and notify active clients by email.
